Chanson创建于1750年，它是18世纪在勃艮第地区从事葡萄酒贸易事业第一代贸易商。两个多世纪以来，由家族拥有及管理的Chanson在勃那及其邻近地区都拥有一些顶级的酒庄。
Chanson产区的葡萄产量占其总的葡萄需求量的四分之一，剩余的葡萄品种是从与Chanson同样有着对高品质追求的产区所精心挑选和栽培的。
由于土地被耕种得非常得松软使得葡萄藤能更好地深入土壤中，因此生产出来的葡萄品种也更好的反映出了当地典型的terroir。所有的葡萄全部由人工挑选来保证其良好的质量。
Founded in 1750, Chanson Pere & Fils belongs to the first generation of wine merchants who began trading in Burgandy in the 18th century. For more than two centuries, the family-owned and managed House of Chanson has acquired important vineyards located in some of the most desirable Premiers Crus areas in Beaune and neighboring villages. Chanson estate produces over a quarter of its own grape requirements. The other grapes are sourced from growers selected according to their commitment to quality in alignment with Chanson’s quality charter.
The soil is ploughed to encourage the vines to extend their roots more deeply and therefore better expressing the character of the terroir. All the grapes are hand-picked for optimum maturity.
Tasting
Bright red colour with purple tinges. Intense aromas of red fruits (raspberry, red currant), violet and spices enhanced by an outstanding vanilla note.
Food Pairing
To be enjoyed with white meat, matured cheeses.
