JOHN LESLIE LIVINGSTONE, PhD, CPA,author of many books and professional journal articles, has been the Arthur Young Distinguished Professor at Ohio State University, Fuller E.Callaway Professor at Georgia Tech, and Chairman, Division of Accounting and Law at Babson College. He has been a partner at a lead-ing international accounting firm as well as a prin-cipal in a prominent management consulting firm,and now directs a national consulting company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
THEODORE GROSSMAN is a senior mem-ber of the faculty of Babson College with an appointment in information technology and accounting. He founded and was president and chairman of TRG, which provides data com-munication services, turnkey hardware and software products, and consulting services to leading companies.
