Color The eye is impressed by a rich straw yellow
Aromas Crisp, fully ripe fruit emerges, suggesting peach and pear, and floral notes complete an elegant nose
Taste The attack is crisp and full-bodied, with opulent mouth feel, and the palate exhibits a judiciously calibrated acidity and notable richness of flavour; it concludes with an expansive flourish
Suggested use Seafood salad, boiled octopus, sautéed poultry and veal, and fresh and creamy cheeses as well.
