Whetheryouridewithstrapbindingsorstep-inbindingsyoushouldproperlyadjustyourbindings.Properbindingadjustmentgoesbeyondstanceangles,andstancewidth.
AdjustingStrapBindings
Withstrapbindingstherearebasicallythreedifferentadjustmentsthatshouldbemade,thoseare:Adjustmentofthetoestrap,adjustmentoftheanklestrap,andadjustmentofthehighback.Thetoestrapshouldbeadjustedsothatitisovertheballofyourfoot.Thetoestrapshouldnotbetoofarforwardandoveryourtoes.
基本上有三种不同调整方法:脚趾的捒带,脚跟的捒带,highback。
脚趾的捒带应该设定在脚眼上(balloffoot)
Adjustmentoftheanklestrapwilldependonthetypeofridingyoudo.Ifyoufreerideyoushouldmovetheanklestraphigherupontheframeofthebindingformoresupport.Iffreestyleisyourstyleofridingthenmovetheanklestraploweronthebindingframeformoreflexibility.
脚跟的捒带是跟据你的ridingstyle而设定。Freeride,带应设高一点,增力支托力。Freestyle,带应设低一点,增力灵活性。
Thetoeandanklestrapshouldfitsnugglyaroundyourfoot.Youcanlengthenorshortenthestrapsuntiltheyaresnug,butnotoverlytight,overyourfoot.
捒带长度要恰当,不可太松或太紧。
Lastly,adjustyourforward-leanbyadjustingyourhighback.Mostbindingshaveaforward-leanadjustmentonthehighback.Theamountofforwardleanyouchoosetoridewithisyourpersonalpreference.Themoreforwardleanyouridewiththemorepressureyouwillbeabletoapplytoyourboard’sheelsideedge,anditwillbeeasiertotipyourboardonits’heelsideedge.Afteryouadjustyourforward-lean,positionthehighbacksothatthereisnogapbetweenthehighbackandtheheelcupofthebinding.
最后是设定forward-lean角度,设定时highback一起作出调较。forward-lean角度多少没有一定,完全是个人化的。先设定forward-lean,再设定highback,那么highback和heelcup之间便不会有空位。
