Abstract: Taking China's peaceful development and peaceful rise as the focus, the paper seeks to offer a personal opinion on a widely debated issue concerning China's merging into the international regime from the perspective of the international law order。 From the perspective, the international regime may boil down to the international law order。 The current international law order consists mainly of the coexisting law and the cooperative law。 No matter whether proactive or passive,ready or not, a country lives in the international law order. The wise choice for China is to comply with the trend of the times,and to merge into the mainstream of the international community, so as to maintain our own interests and promote peace and development of the international community by virtue of the international law：to participate on our own initiative in mapping out international rules, through which our wills and interests can be represented：to dedicate ourselves to improving and perfecting the existing international law order on the premise of recognizing and respecting the status quo.China's practice has proved that, since the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world has been carried out,China specifically carries out such a strategic choice, which also becomes a solid foundation for China's peaceful rise。……
