商品描述《布里顿指挥布里顿:歌剧》本杰明·布里顿（BenjaminBritten，1913-1976），英国作曲家，1913年11月22日出生于英国萨福克郡的罗斯托夫特，1976年12月4日在萨福克郡的奥尔德堡去世。自幼从母学习钢琴，十七岁入伦敦皇家音乐学院学习作曲与钢琴，四年后辍学，为剧院和制片厂创作戏剧和电影音乐。1939年旅居美国，从事指挥和钢琴演奏。他在创作中尊重本民族的传统，又大胆吸收和运用现代派的风格、技巧。
