</font>使用方式：貼片兩面類似雙面膠，先撕去一面貼到皮膚上，壓緊後再撕去另一面，將肩帶壓上去貼緊。
■使用方法：☆使用前，先將欲貼上的皮膚用清水或是乾淨的毛巾擦拭過，更能增加矽膠貼布的黏著力與密和度喔！把粘纸剥开，将一面与衣袖的适当位置固定，另一面贴在胸带或皮肤上；可反复使用直至粘性消失。
