The PLAAF acquired five Bombardier Canadair CRJ 200BLR passenger planes in the 1990s for VIP passenger transportation missions. These aircraft replaced the ageing An-24 and IL-18 in the PLAAF’s VIP passenger aircraft fleet.该机为加拿大Bombardier Canadair公司制造，我国空军少量采购，作为首长专机使用。行政管理上隶属于中国联合航空公司。这些飞机用于替代老久的安-24、伊尔-18专机。编号与交付时间为B-4006，1997/07；B-4007，1998/02；；B-4010，1998/04；B-4011，1998/06。CRJ系列是由庞巴迪宇航集团提供的民用支线喷气飞机，包括50座的CRJ-1OO/200、7O座的CRJ-700、90座的CRJ-900。庞巴迪也是目前唯一能提供40座到90座支线喷气飞机系列的公司。CRJ200于1995年推出，是目前的标准生产型，具体型别有CRJ200标准型、加大航程的CRJ200ER及航程更大的CRJ200LR，其航程可达3700公里。1996年1月15日开始交付使用。自1992年投入服务以来，在速度、经济性及乘客舒适系性等各方面受到航空公司的好评，截止2000年9月，CRJ系列已获1500多架的订单和意向，使其成为了历史上最畅销的支线喷气飞机。CRJ系列在大飞机难以赢利的航线上具有极其独特的优越性，它不仅可用于扩大点对点的支线运输，还可用于增加从枢纽机场的辐射式运输，同时还能使航空公司改善旅客服务并提高效益。The China United Airlines (CUA), the commercial branch of the PLA Air Force (PLAAF), purchased five Bombardier Canadair Regional Jet 200BLR (CRJ 200BLR) jets in the 1990s.Compared to the turboprop VIP transport aircraft, the CRJ-200 provides a faster, and much more reliable and comfort transport service for the senior members of the Chinese government and the PLA. The BLR model of the CRJ-200 series is specially enhanced with more power engines for long-haul missions.与以往的涡桨发动机专机相比，CRJ200速度快，安全可靠，乘坐舒适。BLR改型CRJ200的基础上改装了更大推力的发动机。Despite being operated by the PLAAF, the CRJ-200BLRs in service with the CUA are unarmed civilian model purely for air transportation purpose.
