玩家可以更好地管理其资源的生产，以防止短缺，邮购订单在世界市场上获得重要的货物。可以用一个价格对区域同步升级防御，运输和食品生产。但注意不能超支，严重财政赤字将减缓生产。新的财政报告，可以很容易地让玩家准确看到国库是如何消耗的。
