デビュ－から6年に渡ってリリ－スされた12作のアルバム(「海神」～「あすなろ白书」)から、15曲をピックアップしたベストアルバム。「海のシルクロ－ド」から始まったセンスの旅の「报告」でもあり、また同时に未来に向けて开かれる、第2幕の「声明(ステ－トメント)」でもある作品です。
