Photoshop Lightroom是一款以后期制作为重点的图形工具，可用来进行数码相片的浏览、编辑、整理、打印等，主要面向数码摄影、图形设计等专业人士和高级用户，可以说是专业摄影师的必备工具箱，能大大减少用户在计算机前的时间，而将更多精力投入到拍摄中。
Lightroom 3去年十月份发布了第一个公开Beta测试版，今天放出的最终版则号称“引入了全面重新设计的性能架构，能更好地管理不断膨胀的照片库，为降噪、锐化工具提供前所未有的处理引擎，达到最高画质”。
Lightroom 3继续支持64位系统，包括Windows XP/Vista/7、Mac OS X 10.5/10.6，主要新特性有镜头校正(几何扭曲/色彩偏差/渐晕发虚)、视角校正、支持数码单反相机视频文件、联机拍摄(Tethered Shooting拍摄的同时即可在电脑上查看照片)、图片水印嵌入、电影胶片颗粒效果模拟(Grain工具)、创建带背景音乐的幻灯片、重新设计的照片导入界面、更弹性的打印、Flickr直接上传集成等等。
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3现已在官方网络商店里开始销售，完整版售价299美元，升级版售价99美元，不过语言方面暂时仅有英语、法语、西班牙三个版本。亚马逊、新蛋等网络商店也已接受预订。
注意：该程序需要系统内存不少于2GB。
