   [材料]莲藕800克,红豆、莲子各50克,红枣5个,章鱼干1只,猪踭500克,陈皮1/3个,生姜3片。 秋冬日的莲藕粉糯香润,为根茎类植物,富含蛋白质、糖、钙、磷、铁和多种维生素,其中以维生素C含量特别丰富,食物纤维含量也很高,能够刺激肠道,治疗便秘,促进有害物质的排出,减少胆固醇和糖值,具有预防糖尿病和高血压的作用。中医认为莲藕熟食和入汤,性味温和,能健脾、开胃、养血。红豆亦为旺血之食材,入汤亦糯香甘甜。猪踭为猪肉之上乘,常为广东民间入汤之用,关键此汤中加入章鱼干既养阴又让汤味更鲜美、可口。此汤甘润鲜美可口,有健脾益气、养胃生津、滋阴补肾之功,为冬日养生及节日家庭聚餐之佳品。 [烹制]各物洗净,莲藕去节、切段;红豆、莲子、章鱼稍浸泡;红枣去核;猪踭切块,与生姜一起下瓦煲,加水3000毫升(12碗量),武火煲沸后改文火煲两小时,下盐便可,此为4-6人量。
