BOSS分上下两部分，上面部分是BOSS的主要攻击输出，而下面的女人会追赶Richter并“亲吻”他（真WS……），这时Richter的心就会不停的被吸取出来！此时要快速按方向键以尽快恢复正常状态！（Richter：谁要我恢复正常状态我和谁急！）而上部分的BOSS的攻击也比较单一，只会不停的向下扔火块，而我们只需要小心火块的溅射就行了！而十字架在打这个BOSS时会对他造成很大的伤害！当BOSS的生命值被打到所剩无几的时候，下面的女人会露出真身，不过生命已经到了尽头的她，也不能招架Richter的几下攻击了！击败BOSS这个魔女会散出很多的心，看来她偷走的心还不少啊！如果之前通关了的话,之后进入STAGE 5’。没有通关会进入STAGE 5.
