游戏流程：
笔者以一男一女为基础开始游戏，使用人物为男性角色。

主角被海浪冲到了一个孤岛上，开始了惊险刺激的孤岛冒险！游戏开始后系统会提示玩家可以先试试各种操作及系统。首先按下R+摇杆切换视角。接着随便调查一件掉在地上的物品，按下X键就可以完成了。

大家可以到周围寻找一下掉在地上的椰子，这里椰子很多，随便找一个捡起来就可以食用了。然后调出工具栏，选择第三项“Sleeping Mat“，然后再选择"Sleep on Ground"去睡觉。睡觉的时候时间是原来的两倍。

走到附近有两块石头的地方，选择"Build Workbench"就可以把”研究台“建起来了。然后按下START键，选择”PLANS&IDEAS，再选择第一项"OBJECT PLANS"，进入后点击第一个"Emergency Frie Pit"就可以建立火堆了，自己选择一个喜欢的地方把火堆建起来吧，然后走过去把火点起来。

过了一会儿系统会提示要上厕所了，这时候调出快速工具栏，选择第二项"Toilet Paper"，就地解决了（笔者在郁闷这到底是什么秘密武器这么好用……）。
