Firstly,I think you should improve your English about the grammars. There are several mistakes in your sentences.They should be "find some foreigners to communicate with" and "improve". You can do this only by reading books.It's not necessary to meet foreigners.Your english will be good enough to speak with foreigners after you accomplish this task. What do you think about it?
