好烦~该怎么办

I think fruits and vergetables will be your best choose!!I did that before!!But step by step!!One week one day no eat anything esle only fruits and vergetables!!After one week two days!!If you go outside you can eat anything you want but please no eat anything when you at home only fruits and vergetables!!Rember that you will be sucessfull!!Trust me!!(^_^)

吃完饭去散步也可以辅助减肥哦,怕忌不了口的话可以多吃些苹果,吃苹果减肥的好处是不必挨饿,肚子饿就吃苹果。因为它是低热量食物,无论吃多少,都不会比日常生活所摄取的热量还多,所以体重自然减轻。
