这个问题问得很好,正是我论文的内容。

The HIV suppresses the immune system in a number of ways. Much of it is believed to be due to infection, killing and depletion of T4 lymphocytes, which play a central role in immune responses. This greatly reduces the host’s ability to produce adequate amounts of the antibody, activated T cells or cytokines. However, the virus is also believed to cause damage to the immune system in other ways, including:

Preventing of T4 cells responding to antigens by blocking the cell receptor sites

Infection of lymph nodes, leading to their damage or destruction

Infection of other protective cells bearing the CD4 receptor, particularly macrophages and glial cells in the brain

The initiation of autoimmune responses to T4 cells and other cells bearing the CD4 receptor.

The end of result of this immunosuppression is that patients in the terminal stages of HIV infection are incapable of mounting an immune response to many infections and cancers that are normally readily dealt with by the immune system. AIDS patients may then die from one of these secondary diseases.

当病毒到达细胞壁时 释放一种酶 使细胞壁水解 进入细胞 利用细胞的营养物质 生成DNA 又出细胞 完成增殖
