作者简介:

Annie Bell began her career as a chef before becoming a full-time cookery writer and author. Her books nclude Annie Bell's Vegetable Book and Evergreen, which was shortlisted for the Andre Simon and Glenfiddich Food Writing awards. More recently she has published In My Kitchen and Living and Eating, a lifestyle cookery book written with the architect John Pawson

She spent several years as cookery writer for Vogue, then as food writer on The Independent. She is currently principal cookery writer on The Mail on Sunday's YOU magazine, and is a contributor to Country Living. She was winner of the Guild of Food Writers Journalist of the Year in 2003.
