详细内容： 演示讲解：邸国勇，国家一级武术裁判员，北京武协形意拳研究会会长。 五行拳是形意拳系中最基本的拳法也称之为形意母拳。它包括：劈拳、钻拳、崩拳、炮拳、横拳五拳。五行拳是以中国传统文化中的五行学说来命名的拳术，前辈拳家先贤以五行学说结合拳式、把拳式招法删繁就简，则博返约，找出五拳，再结合人体参以中医理论，用以解说拳理和攻防技法，用以命名拳术为五行拳。 五行连环拳是五行拳之后一个经典套路，在广大民间流传甚广。虽然各地区各流派不尽相同，但基本上大同小异，一去是十来人动作，有进有退，返身后还是这些动作的重复。 Demonstrated and explained by Di Guoyong, national first-level wushu judge, president of the Xingyi Quan Research Committee of Beijing Wushu Association. Xingyi Five-element Boxing also called Xingyi Mother Boxing is the most basic fist technique in the series of Xingyi Quan. It includes: Chop Fist, Snap Fist, Drill Fist, Cannon Fist and Crosscut Fist .The Five-element Boxing is named according to the Five Elements theory in the China's traditional culture. Previous masters combined fist forms with Five Elements theory, simplified them to find out the five boxing forms, combined body and Chinese medicine theory to define the boxing theory and defense, finally named it Five Elements Boxing. The Five Elements Linked Boxing (Wuxing Lianhuan Quan ), a classic routine after Five Elements Boxing has been spread much widely in most areas. Although movements of every faction in every area are not the same, basically they are largely identical but with minor differences.
