FOUNTAIN BLUE 丰泉蓝调
丰泉鸡尾酒成分:
1盎司 雪树伏特加
.75盎司 藍柑橘香甜酒
.25盎司 桃味蒸馏酒
.25盎司 鲜柠檬汁
.75盎司 冰水
调酒方式:
1. 在调酒壶中加入冰块,把所有成份倒入其中摇匀
2. 倒入马天尼杯
3. 用烤橙皮装饰
Tasting Notes:
A vivid blue combination of lemon orange and peach laced with Belvedere concocted for The Executive Bar at Fountain Xintiandi.
Fountain Measures:
1 oz. Belvedere Vodka
.75 oz. blue curacao
.25 oz. peach schnapps
.25 oz squeeze fresh lemon juice
.75 oz chilled water
Bartistry Recipe Preparation:
1. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Serve straight up in a martini glass.
3. Garnish with an orange zest.

SHANGHAI FOUNTAIN ICED TEA 上海丰泉冰茶
丰泉鸡尾酒成分:
.25盎司 雪树伏特加
.25盎司 必富达金酒
.25盎司 哈瓦娜金郎姆
.25盎司 柑曼怡香橙干邑甜酒
3 块柠檬片
1盎司 家制苟子糖浆
半个蛋白
6盎司 乌梅茶
调酒方式:
1. 将所有成份倒入装满冰块的调酒杯
2. 摇匀后过滤入添满冰块的平底杯
3. 添加乌酶茶
4. 用柠檬片和散颗苟子装饰
Tasting Notes:
A refreshing twist of the original Long Island Iced Tea presented by Bartistry using homemade wolfberry gomme from the kitchen of Fountain Bistro and topped with sour plum tea favoured by locals on hot summer nights
Fountain Measures:
.25 oz. Belvedere Vodka
.25 oz. Beefeater Gin
.25 oz. Havana Club Gold Rum
.25 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur
3 wedge lemon slices
1oz homemade wolfberry gomme
Half an egg’s white
6 oz. sour plum tea
Bartistry Preparation:
1. Pour all ingredients in Boston Glass full of ice
2. Shake and strain into a tall tumbler filled with ice
3. Top with sour plum tea
4. Garnish with lemon slices and 3 wolfberries

FRENCH MARTINI 法式马天尼
丰泉鸡尾酒成分:
1.5盎司 雪树伏特加
1盎司 黑醋栗酒
3盎司 菠萝汁
调酒方式:
1. 将所有成份倒入装满冰块的调酒杯
2. 摇匀后过滤入冰冻马天尼杯
Tasting Notes:
A sophisticated cocktails for vodka lovers
Fountain Measures:
1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka
1 oz. crème de cassis
3 oz pineapple juice
Bartistry Recipe Preparation:
1. Pour all ingredients in Boston Glass full of ice.
2. Shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled Martini Glass.

GRAND CITRUS SMASH 柑橘斯马喜
丰泉鸡尾酒成分:
1.5 盎司 雪树伏特加
1盎司 柑曼怡香橙干邑甜酒
1块西柚角
2块鲜橙角
1块柠檬角
.25盎司 家制糖浆
调酒方式:
1. 在调酒杯搅拌所有水果和糖浆
2. 加入冰块和所有成份其中摇匀
3. 过滤后倒入添满冰块的老式平底杯
4. 用水果片装饰
Tasting Notes:
A refreshing summer drink with a kick.
Fountain Measures:
1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka
1 oz. Grand Marnier liqueur
1 wedge of fresh grapefruit
2 wedge fresh orange
1 wedge of fresh lemon
.25 oz homemade gomme
Bartistry Preparation:
1. Muddle all fruits in Boston glass with a hint of sugar syrup.
2. Add ice and spirits then shake ingredients
3. Strain over ice in rocks glass.
4. Garnish with slices of lemon orange and grapefruit

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN MARTINI 丰泉巧克力马天尼
丰泉鸡尾酒成分:
1盎司 雪树伏特加
1盎司 白可可力娇酒
调酒方式:
1. 将所有成份倒入调酒杯
2. 加入冰块后搅拌
3. 过滤入冰冻马天尼杯
4. 不加装饰
Tasting Notes:
A sinful treat for the taste bud with a deceiving innocent appearance.
Fountain Measures:
1 oz Belvedere Vodka
1 oz White Crème de Cacao
Bartistry Preparation:
1. Pour ingredients in Boston Glass
2. Add Ice and stir to perfect dilution
3. Strain into very chilled martini glass
4. No garnish
