The 70s are well remembered for T&A comedies
with wafer thin plots, and The Great American
Girl Robbery is no exception. It follows the
well-known formula, and uses every excuse in
the book to show well-rounded females with
little or no clothing.
What makes TGAGR stand out is the people
involved in it. Compare the cast & crew list
with that of other 70s films produced by
Bill Osco, and you will see several familiar
names, including the stunning Kristine
DeBell who played the lead in both this
and Alice In Wonderland: An X-Rated Musical
Fantasy. Apparently by now she had learned
that being naked for most of a film isn't
gonna do wonders for your mainstream movie
career, but that's alright, there's plenty
more to look at here.
For a seemingly unimportant film this got
the kind of extras treatment far more serious
films can only hope for. Surprisingly, Kristine
DeBell, not heard from since the 80s, resurfaced
not only for an interview but to provide one of
the two commentary tracks included with this
DVD. Don't mind the fact she can hardly recall
any details about the making of the film, we're
just happy to see she's still alive! We've gone
ahead and provided you, the fine film connoisseur,
with all these extras as well as an easter egg
we stumbled upon in the process. We understand
an Extras folder that takes up as much space as
the film itself may seem a bit much but what's
another 700MB between friends?

out of print titles, many of which have no
planned digital release. We've made it our
mission to dig these out, clean them up using
the best hardware and techniques available to
