As she expands the magazine's reach, she must juggle the rigorous demands of taking Jones magazine to the national level and navigating through the complexities of Houston's high society while trying to meet the needs of her family. But Tracey can't do it alone, along her journey you'll meet: Bryce, the well-dressed Society Editor and VP of Marketing who has become Tracey's mentor, helping to introduce her to the people she needs to know in order to elevate her own social status; Tamara, the one-of-a-kind VP of Ad Sales, who exudes over-the-top drama and glamour -- including air kisses -- and is forever imposing high expectations on everyone; Josh, Tracey's 16 year-old son, is a typical teenage boy with all of his attention set on maintaining his social life and pursuing a career in music -- much to Tracey's chagrin; Kendall, Tracey's 14-year-old look-alike daughter, is a real drama queen and budding actress/vocalist with a quirky sense of style and is studying at the Houston School of Performing Arts.
