由City Interactive制作并发行的第三款《谋杀的艺术》系列作品，游戏讲述的是年轻的FBI探员Nicole Bonnet收到了一包神秘的包裹，Nicole打开包裹后却发现里面塞满了复杂的谜题，而这些谜题的答案都与一起连环谋杀案的凶手有关。由这起包裹，Nicole和凶手之间开始了激烈的斗志斗勇。其后Nicole了解到，凡是凶手作案后的标志，就是在每起案件的尸体上留下一张扑克牌。Nicole必须破解其中的含义以阻止下一起谋杀案的发生。
