《鱼雷快艇：海洋骑士》由Akella工作室开发，Akella因其基于先进的3D海洋模拟技术而制作的海战游戏而闻名，作品有《加勒比海盗》等。在游戏中，玩家可以操纵盟军、苏军和德军的鱼雷快艇来加入血腥的二战海战。舰上的机关枪和防空炮可以击落敌军的战机，用炮火轰击敌军的战舰，总之，鱼雷快艇的一切攻击能力都能体现到。
