《职业自行车队经理》(Pro Cycling Manager/Tour de France)是一款系列模拟经营类游戏，玩家在游戏中将可以组建自己的车队，进行环法比赛。《职业自行车队经理2009》是该系列作品的最新作，同样由来自法国的著名游戏开发商Cyanide Studio开发，Focus Home代理发行。
玩家在新作中将有机会体验超过180场新赛季比赛，包含环法或西班牙在内的这种顶级赛事。可以选择领导系统内建的65个正式团队其中之一或是创建自己的比赛队伍来进行游戏，有很多不同的目标可供挑战，如设法赢得一场大赛，保持整个赛季的优胜，提高新人的优势或是强化杰出的冠军，游戏所具备的超高的自由度，想怎样玩就怎样玩，一切都交由玩家自主发挥。
在管理方面，玩家将要面对众多职责，包括车队招募，转让，合同和培训等等。同时为了创造最具竞争力的团队，无可避免地还要处理好这支队伍的财政。通过3D实时播放的赛事，还可以为车队的战术、攻防、轮换等多项内容制定最佳的策略。
