This decidedly wintery album was recorded in the scorching heat of an unusually warm Seattle summer.
Predominantly recorded over three days in July, Ian, Jon and Katie spent many, many hours sequestered in a hallway, studio chamber, and vault respectively in an effort to capture the vivid and temperamental nature of their live performance.
The resulting collection is dynamic and varied, sad and hopeful. Take a listen and consider what you will. We, however, suggest bears.
