born and raised in philadelphia, music is in her blood. She grew up wanting to be a beatles historian—having john paul george and ringos names tattooed on her wrist at age fifteen. christina comes from a middle class italian family and when she wasn't singing in her parents barber shop for unsuspecting elderly customers, she was devoted to her schools choir and drama programs, a true ingénue.

she grew up living in the constant shadow of her older brother nick (silvertide, satellite party, shinedown, darling stilettos). when he got his record deal at 17 and went away on tour, christina realized what was missing in her house—the sound of guitar. she picked up a guitar and watched shannon hoon videos on repeat until she had taught herself how to play. she had a hard time learning other peoples songs so she just began writing her own. after years of playing "little sister" on tour with nick she broke away from his world and began to create her own. at her young age christina has experienced more than the typical twenty something, her insides matching her old soul of a voice.

since moving to LA christina has been featured in national commercials for cricket wireless + became a favorite of diane warren after tracking vocals for her demos.

she is a delicate mix of youtube extrovert and social introvert. after years of experimentation with her piano and guitar she has found her own powerful voice. she is content to have a sound that doesn't fit into a moldable box. she isn't pop. she isn't folk. she isn't rock. her sound is pretty and it is dark and it is 100% her own
