故事讲述石中坚（郭追饰）自幼随养母梅芳姑于深山居住，一日偶拾「玄铁令」，并得谢烟客传授武功，却被长乐帮帮众误认为帮主石中玉；及后更被叮当所骗，愿意替石中玉到雪山派代罪领死。最后真相大白，石中坚竟为石清失散多年的儿子。
