Interface Filterpublic interface FilterA Filter can be used to provide fine grain control over what is logged, beyond the control provided by log levels. Filter能够提供要记录的日志级别控制以外更细致的控制。
Each Logger and each Handler can have a filter associated with it. The Logger or Handler will call the isLoggable method to check if a given LogRecord should be published. If isLoggable returns false, the LogRecord will be discarded. 每一个Logger和Handler都有一个关联的过滤器。Logger或Handler可以调用 isLoggable方法来检查指定的LogRecord是否已发布。如果isLoggable返回false， 则丢弃LogRecord。
