求助——关于SOAP消息的发送

我看到说客户端发送SOAP消息如下：

xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"

但是，我要怎样才能发这样的信息到服务器端呢？

我可以在jsp页面里提交类似的一段xml代码到服务器么？

具体怎么弄呀？谢谢先^_^
