ORLAND.DATA.ORACLE不匹配错误？
我在应用DELPHI2005开发.NET WEB程序时碰到这样的问题,希望网上高手能给予解答：
我有两台WEB服务器分别装有ORACLE8.1.5CLIENT，可是在一台服务器上运行通过的DELPHI2005项目程序（通过BDPconnection连接到远程ORACLE数据库并显示某一个表的内容），拷到另一台服务器上运行，就会出BORLAND.DATA.ORACLE不匹配错误？具体出错信息为

我已经把Borland.Data.Provider.dll、Borland.Data.Oracle.dll、Borland.Data.Web.dll、Borland.Data.Common.dll文件都拷到虚拟目录的BIN目录中，两台WEB服务器的环境分别是：运行成功的服务器：WIN2003企业版SP1+DELPHI2005SP2；运行不成功的服务器：WINXP个人版，两台服务器上都已安装了相应的.NET 补丁。
请检查问题出在什么地方?另请说明一下：在本机上调试通过的DELPHI2005WEB应用如何发布到其它WEB服务器上，要拷哪些文件，分别放在什么目录中
