OptimalJ三个版本的区别（开发版、专业版、架构版）
MDA的开发工具OptimalJ总共有三个版本：
一、架构版本
1、可以定制模型和增加、修改删除转换模式。
2、涵盖专业版本的所有功能。
3、适合公司的架构师使用。
二、专业版本
1、开发PIM、PSM和代码模型。
2、涵盖开发版本的所有功能。
3、适合公司的分析和设计人员使用。
三、开发版本
1、可以只读PIM、PSM模型，可以修改Free Block的代码，并添加自己的代码。
2、可以调试、运行测试系统的功能。
3、适合公司的开发人员使用。

OptimalJ is available in the following editions which provide you with different functionality depending on your development role and the type of application you want to develop:

Developer Edition (DE)
Contains the NetBeans IDE and the domain class model.
Professional Edition (PE)
2 and 3-tier application developer

Standards developer
Multitier applications consist of persistency, business, and Web tiers, in OptimalJ modeled respectively in the DBMS, EJB and Web models. You can also generate DAO components in the DBMS model which allow you to create 2-tier applications in which the Web communicates directly with the persistency tier.
Integrationware tools such as the connector component and Web services to integrate with legacy systems using COBOL or CORBA, and to make services available for Web users or other Web-connected programs.
Package Structure Analysis Tool to analyze and improve the structure of Java programs which results in greater product flexibility, comprehensibility and reduced development time.
Architecture Edition (AE)
Pattern developer
Includes all Professional Edition functionality.
You can define your own implementation patterns, using the OptimalJ repository API and the OptimalJ meta models, that translate the application models into code.
