网络工作组会议

按照十一月在的网络工作小组会议上的一致意见，我们将大概每三个月召开一次全体大会。春季和秋季会议将结合计算机联合大会同时召开。其他的会议将提前或推后以暴光各个站点及平摊大家的负担。
