首先，导入位图（仅以单色背景为例），将该图层命名为“背景”吧。

选定位图，按Ctrl+Shift+D复制出一个来，该层命名为“蒙板”。

隐藏“背景”层，选择“蒙板”层加上特效-->色阶，点击“选择高亮颜色”吸管，并点选位图的背景色作为高亮色，这样“蒙板”层位图的背景色就变成了白色。

再给“蒙板”层位图加上特效“其他-->转换成Alpha”。并按Ctrl+Shift+D复制几次直到头发完全变成浓黑色。

使“背景”层显示，并用钢笔工具沿头发边缘勾出轮廓并填充黑色。

选中除“背景”图层外的所有图层，按右键“转换成位图”。

选中转换后的黑色位图，按Ctrl+X剪切，然后选择“背景”图层，右键选“粘贴为蒙板”，这样就OK了。
