是否导入自定义文件，如果你原先有，那么可以倒入，如果没有，那么就选择否。导入的界面要输如URL，一般放在Callmanager上

是否连接到CER，如果有就添加URL，没有就放弃。

选择CCM版本。IP Softphone 1.3.4a是最新版了（截止到2006年2月），如果你得CCM是4.1，选择4.0就可以，没有关系。

输入你在Callmanager上给IP Softphone添加的用户Profile。CTI地址就是你得CCM地址

你要确保CCM添加了这个IP Softphone用户，添加方法跟添加一部电话没什么区别。CCM在Add a New Device里面有IP Softphone这个选项。
